Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are tampered with, used, or have broken seals will not be accepted for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

To return your product, please use a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them or before they are dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order qualifies for cancellation, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
